Arm Swing Training

A great starting point for in-person work, our signature 2 hour Arm Swing clinic can set your team up with the physical and technical strategies to unlock more velocity and drastically reduce shoulder injuries.

  • 2-hour in-person sessions include video analysis, physical assessments, movement training, progressive throwing and attacking drills, and recovery strategies.

  • Video resources for everything covered so your team can go back to it again and again.

  • Optional Coaches Clinic for clubs with multiple teams.

Wellness Coaching

If you want your team to have more energy, fewer injuries, and less stress, you’ll love our Wellness Coaching.

  • An initial 2-hour session guides athletes through a comprehensive approach to understanding their movement patterns and empowering approach to making changes.

  • A 1-hour interactive off-court session coaches athletes through understanding how habits around sleep, nutrition, and mindset affect their energy levels and recovery.

  • Virtual follow ups allow athletes to keep progressing through new habits throughout the season, always driven by a process of self-investigation.
